My horn and brake lights are not working

Hello my name is\*\*\*\*\* that you are having trouble with your Mazda. First let's discuss the horn fuse blowing. If it blows as soon as you install the fuse you have a direct short to ground. The first place I would look would be under the dash at the bash of the steering column. Look for a chaffed wire or broken wire. If one is found make the repair.
For the brake light issue I would start at the brake light switch. Do you have power coming into the switch and power going out when it is activated? If yes, check the brake light bulbs. Also, if you have power going out have someone double check to see if the brake lights activate when the switch is pressed. The switch may have simply backed out of it's slot.
Another question has any electrical work been done under the dash of this car lately? If so, what?
The reason the car is stuck in park is because the transmission gear selector is not seeing the brakes being pressed (switch activated).
