If you have a check engine light on, it can be the solenoids, but it would need to be scanned with a computer to check the trouble codes. Also have your transmission mounts checked for any damages.

One mounting is cracked and engine lite is there but during scanning its showing brake or paddle position / accelerator paddle position

Have the mount replaced and make sure the trans level is where is suppose to be.
