Since you were not able to reply to the info request I sent. I cannot be as accurate and thorough as I would like in my answer. I hope what I can provide does help.
If the engine tests fine showing good oil pressure then the concern will be the sending unit, the wiring from it has resistance, or there is an issue with the oil gauge in the instrument cluster.
