I can see two possibilities. Either the bearing was damaged during the replacement, or the diagnosis was wrong and the wheel bearing was not the original problem. If the wheel bearing was damaged during replacement, then he is obligated to take care of it for you. If it was a miss- diagnosis, then the rules are less clear. There could be a noisy CV joint or some other component acting up. If you think it would be helpful to get a second opinion you can contact Your Mechanic to have a technician come out to your home or office to check out your noise and advise you on what to do next.

Hi, thanks for writing in. I'd be happy to provide my insight. I recommend you have the engine checked for vacuum leaks, or and check if carbon is clogging the EGR valve (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/symptoms-of-a-bad-or-failing-exhaust-gas-recirculation-egr-valve). My car is cranking but will not start, was told its the camshaft sensor.
Hello. This may be caused by many different issues, however, the camshaft sensor (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/camshaft-position-sensor-replacement) is one of those possibilities along with the crankshaft position sensor (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/crankshaft-position-sensor-replacement). There are few other possibilities, such as bad coils (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/ignition-coil-replacement), spark plugs (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/spark-plugs-replacement) or...
I just had a water pump put in 2 weeks ago, now the fan belt is squealing and the water gauge is jumping around.
The fan belt squealing may simply be related to the belt just needing to be adjusted or lubed with some belt dressing. Your temperature gauge jumping around is a cause for concern and may or may not be related to...

its time for transmission service, it is better to go with a transmission flush or go with Transmission service.
Changing the transmission fluid and filter is perfectly adequate and, of course, while the pan is off the pan and pan magnet should be thoroughly cleaned (with a lint free cloth!). There is no need to flush the transmission. The...
