HI,
Ok, the surging is due to idle fluctuation, either the tp sensor of the iac valve. Your vehicle has an electronic throttle body which means that both of these are integrated into the electronic throttle body.
The first step would be to clean the throttle body.
If still an issue, the ECM should be reflashed for the throttle body parameters and if still happening, the throttle body replaced

Hello. Some oil in the intake is normal. If there is a lot of oil then there may be something wrong. I usually clean the PCV system (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/symptoms-of-a-bad-or-failing-pcv-valve-hose) first to see if it is dirty and replace any worn parts....

Hello. A no start condition can be caused by many things. If you believe that the engine may not be getting fuel then I would start with examining the vehicle's fuel system. It may be possible that one of the...
Hi, thanks for writing in. The transmission range sensor is related to the P0705 (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/p0705-obd-ii-trouble-code-transmission-range-sensor-circuit-malfunction-prndl-input-by-blake-griffin) code as you know and have fixed. The U2023 code is related to the ABS (anti-lock braking system). I would suggest replacing the ABS sensor...
