Camshaft position timing over advanced

what does it mean when it throws the code P0011 for camshaft position timing over advanced? I got the [timing belt](/topics-timing-belt/) and engine valves replaced a few months ago. The car acts like it wants to start but just won't

when was the last oil change?

In October, 3 weeks before it broke down

ok, I would do an oil change and use only a genuine Hyundai oil filter you might have oil passages clogged preventing the ocv and vvt from working correclty
