Hi Laura, it's nice to meet you.
Do you hear any sounds from the door or window when you try to put it up?

If neither switch is working to put the window up, check a fuse in the fuse box in the car labeled Right PWND, this is the fuse for the right side window. It's possible the fuse is blown and that's why the window won't go up.
If you have any follow-up questions, please feel free to ask, it's part of the service. If not, thank you for taking the time to contact us today. I am hopeful you found my information helpful and had a good experience.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.
Thank you.

Thank you! I had dead space in my underground parking. The driver's side goes up & down but the passenger side won't go back up.

I hope it's a simple fix with the fuse, if not it's possible the power window motor has failed and will need to be replaced.
Please let me know how you make out.
Thank you

I fixed my car! I'd accidentally hit the window safety button. It was dark & I didn't notice.

That is such great news! I didn't think that would be the issue because it was only the passenger side! So glad it's fixed!
