How do you operate the Windshield Wiper Rain-Lamp?

If your car has auto-lights, it may also have automatic rain-lamps (or Rain-Activated Lights, if you prefer). This function turns on your headlights any time your wipers are activated during the daytime, and allows you to drive with one less distraction. Here’s how it works:

  1. Make sure your headlights are set to Auto.

  2. Make sure the ignition is on.

  3. Turn on your windshield wipers.

  4. The headlights should come on.

  5. The lights will stay on until you turn off the windshield wipers.
