Ok, you may have a bad 3rd or 4th clutch pressure switch. Its a switch the controls pressure fluids through the [transmission](/topics-transmission-honda/). You will need to get this to a repair shop asap before any transmission damage is done

i understand, you still have clutches inside the transmission. All cars have clutches, a manual transmission is just that, you manually moves the clutches. A automatic is just as it sounds, it automatically moves the clutches
