Hello, It is a pleasure to meet you Brandon.
It is hard to tell if the fuse is blown from the picture.
If you have a multi-meter you can ohm the fuse and see if it's blown.
If you do not have a meter, when you go to the part store they can ohm it for you.

How do you ohm the fuse? I attached the multimeter to the battery to get a base reading and pulled every fuse. Nothing changed until I pulled the 100 fuse, it almost dropped to 0. Is that because it's the main fuse or because it could be bad?

That's because it is the main fuse.

If you put the meter knob on the horse shoe symbol. You can touch the meter leads to the terminals to see if they have resistance.

The terminals on the fuse itself? And I see the horseshoe at 2000k on the milimete?

The fuse itself.
The horse shoe at 2000k will work.

Okay. I noticed my negative cable can be wiggled loose when it is fully tightened, could that be a problem?

Would that still allow my dash lights to come on but my car alarm can't be triggered?

Possible

Could it be the starter or starter relay? Or start with the negative cable?

Okay, I can help you with that. But you will have to submit a new question being your question was about checking the fuse.
Still not sure what you need?
