not the computer p0661 is almost always an Intake Manifold Runner Control Position Sensor

p02646 is either a VTEC oil pressure switch or VTEC solenoid see test below.

Replacing the IMRC Sensor , VTEC Oil Switch and VTEC Solenoid will solve these codes.
