Since you were not able to reply to the info request I sent. I cannot be as accurate and thorough as I would like. I hope what I can provide does help.
If the key will not turn at times. That can be to blame on the steering wheel locked from entering and exiting the vehicle while turning the steering wheel or it can be to blame on damaged tumblers in the ignition cylinder.

Can you duplicate the left turn stall in park? If not do the RPMs at least drop real low?

Well I just bought a 2009 Escape and I'm having problems with the ignition the key gives me problems and it has stalled and today I went to park and lost power when I went to park at Walmart I need help Mechanic's Assistant: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?
