Mechanic's Assistant: Does the light stay on, or does it blink?
All stay on
Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your CR-V yourself? What have you tried so far?
I have erased the codes, drove it 25 miles with no lights. Turned of engine and they all reset
Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mechanic to know before I connect you?
I have a p0341 code

Welcome Richard, I'm sorry you are having this problem. Concentrate on the p0341 code . The other lights are on because they use input from the PCM and it sends failure codes to them and they code as well. Make sure all the connections are good on the cam position sensors on the rear of the cams and if they are its possible you have the gears a tooth off or the chain is stretched. I have had these set cam position codes after replacing the VTC gear. For some reason . Also if the vtc actuator isn't unlocked when you installed it it can be damaged internally and bind setting this code. Here is a TSB that does a god job of showing how to install the VTC correctly https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2016/SB-10088283-2280.pdf

The engine runs perfect. I marked the chain and gear in multiple places to insure it was in the exact position. The only other thing I question is the vtc was unlocked when I installed it on the camshaft. I then locked it before replacing on the engine. Right or wrong?

Correct that can do it, Or sometimes the chain can jump a tooth on the bottom gear if its worn or the chain could be just stretched and is out of phase enough to set the code. I think the best thing to do would be to re-check the cam timing . There are 2 holes in the rear cam towers that line up with holes in the cam phasers on the rear of the cams at TDC they are a good way to tell if the chain is on correctly. They are hard to see unless you remove the tubing and brackets at the rear of the head though.

Great thanks I'll check that. I believe that is where the fault lies. I noticed a slotted disc but nowhere did it tell me how that works. I will investigate it further. Is there a certain way that has to line up i.e. timing marks?

The bulletin shows the timing marks on the gears. Honda told us about the alignment holes when these first came out but them deleted all the info for some reason So i don't have any pictures.

Hi, thanks for writing in. I'd be happy to help. Based on your details, I feel that this could be from a bad cable end or connection to the battery or a shorted battery (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/symptoms-of-a-bad-or-failing-battery). I would recommend having an...

Hi there - while adding ground pepper to a leaky cooling system (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/symptoms-of-a-bad-or-failing-radiator-hose) may stem a leak, this would seem to require a great deal of pepper! Other "cooling system sealers" may stop a slow leak, but tend to put...
