Mechanic's Assistant: Have you checked the fuses? Do you know if there is power to the wiper motor?
I know there is power to my back windshield wipers but I'm not sure if there is to the front, when I first bought the car one of my wipers wanted to move but the other one sat on top of it so it blocked it from moving anywhere but now when I try there both not moving
Mechanic's Assistant: What is the make/model/year of your car?
I hear some kind of movement when I turn them on but no movement It's a 2013 ford focus st
Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your Focus ST yourself? What have you tried so far?
Idk anything how to fix it and I tried getting it in a shop but where I work and how often I work I can't seem to find the time
Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mechanic to know before I connect you?
That's basically everything to where through these snow and rain storms I just need it fixed

My only concern is that my windshield wipers won't move, I hear that there's some kind of mechanics going but wipers won't budge and I just need them fixedMy right wiper wants to move but it's being blocked by the drivers side wiper that won't move

The wipers work a little crazy, One of Fords better ideas.
The drivers wiper motor is the master and the passenger side wiper motor is the slave. The drivers side reads where the wiper switch is at and sends the information to the passenger side. So if the drivers wiper motor fails, both wipers will be out. But if the passenger side fails. you will either have no wipers of just the drivers side.
But before you do anything. Go to the battery under the hood and check the negative battery cable clamp for corrosion. Because the small electrical wiring connector on the negative post is the battery monitor sensor. If it shorts out from corrosion. The wipers will not work because the LIN network (communication Network) will be shorted out between the battery monitor sensor and both wiper motors.
But unplug the battery monitor sensor connected to the negative battery clamp and see if the wipers start working again.

Funny thing is if I move my driver's side wiper then my passengers side works just fine so I did that and that did not do anything their

OK. That is new information.
If you manually move the drivers side and it effect the passenger side, the problem is the drivers side wiper motor.

Yeah. When I move the drivers side it moves just a tad bit but not the full motion like the drivers side, seems like the motor is failing but I could be wrong

The problem is the drives side wiper motor, it controls the passenger side wiper motor.

The problem is the drives side wiper motor, it controls the passenger side wiper motor.
The drivers side wiper motor has a little module built into it that has failed. The drivers side wiper motor will have to be replaced.

The wpier motor part number is \*\*\*\*\* and the price is $219.47. The labor to install it is 1.1 flat rate hours. Multiply that times the labor rate at the repair shop you take it to.
