Looking at the information you have provided I would first advise you to get a diagnostic test done using suitable equipment that can access the transmission control module to check if there is any stored or pending fault codes in the transmission control module as this will help narrow the search down it could be a wiring fault in the wiring harness or it could just be a coinsidense with the radio wiring fault or it could have damaged some wiring to the transmission control module or even could have spiked the control module causing damage inside.
Still not sure what you need?
Have a certified mobile mechanic diagnose what's wrong with your car, at your home or office.
