- Recommend double checking all fuses with key on, then check for trouble codes with snapon/mac tools type scanner, and see if any codes setting in the climate control module. It may be that the airflow control motor behind the dash has failed and will need to be replaced, will need to check for signal to the motor from the control head.
- Attaching diagrams and illustrations to the message to help with repair, may need to be on pc/email platform to view.
- Check for power to this motor on the light green/yellow and red/white wires while moving the control knob back and forth. If it's getting power but not moving will need to be replaced.
- Lemme know if seeing any codes, or if any questions come up while checking things out!

What you are describing sounds like a failing CV joint (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/axle-cv-shaft-assembly-replacement). A CV (Constant Velocity) joint is a shaft that connects the transmission to the wheels, essentially transferring the power from the drive train directly to the wheels. The CV...
If the problem only occurred once, it is likely due to an electrical fault. A real time scanner might reveal engine controls operating out of range and that might provides clues as to the faulty system or component. Check for...
