The issue you are describing is most likely one of the following 3 issues. I've ranked them in order of how likely:
1. Fuel level sender in your fuel tank - this is the level sensor that tells your vehicle how much fuel you have. A very common failure item based upon your description of the issue
2. The instrument panel in your dash - the fuel gauge is integrated into the panel. If the gauge is bad it will not read properly
3. A wiring issue between the fuel level sender and the instrument panel
This does require some knowledge and testing. Is this something you will be doing yourself?

No I’ll be taking it to a repair shop and I also wanted to know why my lights inside my car don’t turn off when I lock my doors but when I leave it unlock the interior lights turn off

See attached for the correct pinpoint test to verify your fuel pump issue. The interior lights are on a delay. They should go off after 60 seconds. All of the interior lights are controlled by the Body Control Module so further testing does require some equipment to communicate with the system.
