The fuel pump could definitely be bad here. Can you get the vehicle to run on starting fluid? I'm assuming you've verified you do not have fuel pressure.

Okay got it. You can test the fuel pump by check for power at the pump itself. Unfortunately that would require dropping the fuel tank.
