You will need to replace the seals and evacuate and recharge the ac system.

Can I do that without using a vacuum pump?

No, the system must be evacuated or it will not blow cold air.

Ok thank you. I also have another question. Yesterday, my car wouldn't start, so I tried resetting the fuses and then it started fine. Today, It turned on and then turned off a few seconds later. I would love to know why
