Have you had it scanned for codes? i suspect a wheel speed sensor but i wouldn't recommended anything until at least a basic free scan is done by like a autozone.

So those are symptoms of the steer angle sensor issue as well. Have you check the connection there?

No I haven't. do I need my mechanic to look at the speed sensor?He suggested to get the hub bearings. I'm not sure if that's the problem.Fixed

I wouldn't go that far quite yet, thats some good money. Let me send you what symtoms you'll see with steering angle and i think you'll agree that needs addressed first. Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) on ABS indicator light on TRAC indicator light on (depending on manufacturer) ESP/ESC indicator light on (depending on manufacturer) These are the causes, i would say its power or ground to the fact it comes on and off. Open power or ground to SAS module (most common) Open in the CAN bus + circuit Open in the CAN bus - circuit Short to power in either CAN bus circuit Short to ground in either CAN bus circuit Rarely - faulty control module

these could be all the problems is what you are saying that is causing the light to come on and off?

Yea and honestly most are short in connections you may get by with some contact cleaner and some dielectric grease, sure beats cost of replacing parts. but i would say its a connection issue based on the on off.
