you may need to get a mirror to see better in there , it has to be spraying onto there from something else.

i have used a mirror and dont see any other possibilities! the heater hoses are removed, the i9ntake gasket isnt wet. idk what else to do
Automotive Expert
is the intake cracked in the back ? There is no possible way for water to come out of there

ill take a photo with a mirror!it all looks good!it cant be spraying from anything because im pouring water into the radiator with the vehicle off

Try having someone else pour the water in while you watch it

Hitting the gas pedal stalls the motor
When the car almost stalls, does the Check Engine Light illuminate? If so, a local mechanic (like those with YourMechanic) can diagnose the problem by scanning the vehicle computers for codes (https://www.yourmechanic.com/book/?mktg_jid=321). This could be caused by an electrical problem...

2012 Elantra - I'm changing #4 cylinder ignition coil but i'm not sure which one it is. Anyone know the cylinder order?
The No. 1 cylinder is the cylinder nearest the engine's crankshaft pulley. The No. 4 cylinder would be nearest the other end of the engine which is the flywheel (or flexplate) "end" of the engine. If you need assistance with...
Hearng a clunking noise when I turn the steering wheel either when I turn tight slowly (ie into a bay) or stationary. Peugeot 306
Hello - from your description of symptoms, I believe you have worn steering or suspension links (https://www.yourmechanic.com/question/suspension-is-loose-by-christan-r) in your front suspension. The need to "correct" when turning indicates that something in the steering components is shifting, which should only occur...
I replaced solenoid and and sensor in my transmission still won't shift properly 1997 Dodge RAM 1500
Hi - the lack of up-shifting (https://www.yourmechanic.com/question/down-shift-at-stop-upshift-from-stop-reverse-by-jason-t) in your transmission could be an internal speed sensor, or line pressure failing to engage higher gear clutch packs. With your higher mileage, this is difficult to tell without real diagnostic testing. Check...
