Need a little help

Please let me know when you are satisfied with my answers too so we can close out your question. Check for any sludge build up in the oil. Look under the oil filler cap, that's the easiest way. Next would be to check the oil pressure with a gauge. Last is to check the gauge for accuracy. Thanks agani and all the best:) Ron

Thanks Ron. There is sludge under the cap. Not a lot but there is some. My family and I are at a gas station about 50 miles from home with a trailer.

The engine has oil and seems to be running smoothly.Do you recommend pulling over when oil light comes on and restarting which turns off the light?

Sounds like you're good to go. When you get home, do a complete engine oil flush. YES, if anything happens while driving, pull over. Let sit about 15 minutes. Thanks again and be safe:) Ron
