Ok. So, you have replaced the mass air flow sensor, but your still having the same issue, and code. If you suspect a [exhaust](/topics-exhaust-chevy/) restriction, (plugged cat), you can verify this by loosening the exhaust before the catalytic converter, and see if you regain your acceleration.

If it does wat does that mean?

It means your catalytic converter/ exhaust is plugged. You should also make sure that the intake piping between the MAF and engine has no leaks, and their is nothing restricting the air filter ( check the ductwork before the air filter as well).
