Hi there! This is Dan, sorry to hear about your Malibu troubles.
I see the noises started right after having new tires installed. Did you have all 4 tires replaced and did they perform an alignment as well?

Ok, if this noise happened after the tire work was performed I'm thinking that the wheel(s) was not properly tightened? Hard to say without performing an actual in person inspection.
Did you return to the facility that did the work and voice your concerns yet?

but there is also a whining in the front sounds like [engine](/topics-engine-chevy/) that happened after I got the oil changedNo I was gonna take it to firestone and have them look at it. But they checked the tires last night and said they were tight

I would check the oil level and be sure it is properly filled before driving.
I suggest returning to the shop and thoroughly explaining that the noises both began upon leaving the location and if they can at minimum check it for safety first and diagnose the noises as a courtesy since the problem was not there prior.

The oil level was fine when I left the shop. But I defiantly will. Without an inspection you couldn't tell me what you thought was wrong?

I would love to help diagnose the noise, however without putting the car on a lift and physically being there I cannot provide an accurate diagnosis.
