That's it the old fuel pump was doing the same thing it was a improper fuel reading so I changed the fuel pump and still doing it

This is most likely a fault within the cluster itself. The best way to verify that would be to do a gauge sweep, which is a output test with a scan tool, or check the resistance of the fuel level circuit at the back of the cluster with a ohm meter. Hope this helps, thank you.

Problems with my fuel gauge reading too full to empty and replace the fuel pump it was doing the same thing beforeIt's not fluctuating or going back and forth it's just when I disconnect the battery it's reading two full or two empty that's the problem
