Ok lets start with the throttle . Have you tried to pull any fault codes yet as this would greatly speed things up. Also you can try cleaning the throttle body and MAF sensor. I will send you a link that shows you how to do this.

No it doesn't and my o2 sensors are going out could that be part of the problem

If your oxy sensors are going out and you replaced the cat sounds like a fuel issue, have you ever thought of hooking up to a scanner to read all live data as this might give us direction where to look.Have you pulled a spark plug to check it's condition? I will send a chart to compare.
