OK thank you for your patience. This fuse powers up the auto shut down really. You're sure that you have unplugged the oxygen sensors and the alternator and the problem remains? Does this fuse blow right away when you turn the key on or start the engine or does it blow intermittently while driving?

Under hood

Yes, that was for the automatic shut down relay and for the powertrain control module.

Yes if that she was missing you need to install a new fuse and retest the system. I have a feeling based on what you're telling me the engine will start and run. If you install a new fuse and it blows right away you need to check that circuit from the fuse to the ASD relay to the powertrain control module to determine where it is shorted. Fix or re-run the wire as needed.
It has been a pleasure working with you so far. Keep in mind this is a “starting point”. We can always continue as needed at a later date or at any time. Feel free to run some tests and reply back for further assistance as needed. Glad I can help. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks and have a great day!

Fuse 24 powers up the PCM. Either the PCM is bad or the wiring going to the PCM is shorted. Looks like it is the orange wires with dark green stripe that runs between this fuse number 25 and the PCM. Click on the link below for a wiring diagram of this circuit.

Sorry, I meant fuse 25 powers up the PCM.

Thank you for the reply with codes. Right now I don't see how it is related to the fuse that is blowing. However you can certainly fix the wiring issue first causing this fuse to blow and then retest the system.
