No a burnt fuse can't cause battery drain issues. Some fuses don't get power until the circuit is turned on so don't be concerned about them.
Has your battery been replaced or load tested to make sure it's good? A weak battery can make it seem like you have a draw.

The only way to find the draw is to hook up an amp meter in series with the battery post and cable and pull fuses until the draw goes away on the meter.
Do you have a digital multimeter so I can help you check for draw?
There are numerous parts that can cause a draw and by pulling the fuses we can narrow it down. Once I know which circuit the draw is on, I can look through the wiring diagram to help pinpoint the problem. Sometimes there are more than 10 circuits on a fuse and it can take some time to find.
Even though the battery is only 2 years old, it still needs to be fully charged and load tested so we can verify it's good. We can't assume it's good because it's only 2 years old.
