You can access this service in the method you are now

Ok so once you have accessed the horn there will be two wires going to it .one will have a switched voltage ,meaning its only there when the horn is depressed .the other wire a ground circuit .so we disconnect the wiring from the horn and set you multimeter to volts .you put a terminal from the volt meter in each terminal of the horn wiring and get a friend to press the horn .the voltmeter should show 12 volts when the horn is pressed .if it doesn't there is a circuit faults somewhere .please let me know if you have any further questions and thanks for choosing just answer
