It won't turn over at all. Makes one clicking noise

Just a single click? Does the single click come from the starter itself or in that general area? Is this the 6 or 8 cylinder engine?

Just in general area. We jumped out the starter relay and the starter cranks over. 6 cylinder

Okay, so we can get the engine to start by jumping the starter relay. If you put the key in the ON position and jump the relay can we get the vehicle to keep running or does it just turn over?

No it won't stay running. Just keeps trying to start turning over

Okay, do you have a voltmeter or test light?

Pull an injector harness, easiest one and turn the engine over and tell me if you're getting injector pulse. Should blink like a strobe light.
