What you have described are possibly all electrical problems but it is not clear if they are interrelated, that is have a common cause. Initially, though, the battery should be load tested and the battery us faulty install a new battery. To diagnose the electrical issues, as well as the no start problem, you must have a fully functioning, fully charged battery. To get all the issues resolved, inasmuch as you had to jump start the vehicle to get it started, the recommended service to request is a no start diagnostic. If you request that service, the mechanic will, as noted, first test the battery, get the vehicle running and if at that point it is still idling erratically diagnose that issue. Finally, the brake circuit has to be diagnosed but that issue is probably fairly simple as to cause (e.g., faulty brake light switch, wiring problem and so forth).
