Vincente let me know that he was on the way also texted me when he arrived. He was very polite and took time to talk to me about the vehicle as he set up his tools and supplies to begin working on the car. He answered my questions about the parts. He was very focused on his work and strategic about putting everything back in place under the hood after the new starter was installed. I was very impressed with his work and very happy with the results. I would definitely request Vincente again.

Good. Everything is working well. Vincente got the job done but seemed a bit unfamiliar with the Ford engine. Also the appointment was for 9:00 and he did not arrive until a little after 9:30. But all in all I am happy as this was way easier and less expensive than going to the dealer. Joe
