The whole service was extremely professional and efficient. Tony was scheduled for 9 am. He called at 8:30 to say he was there. I could not be at the location so I had left a key in a hidden place. He then called 25 minutes later to say service was complete, returned the key to it's hiding place. I know the price was fair because I had already been quoted the battery price from O'Reilly's...same price. I have already recommended YourMechanic and will continue to do so. As far as Tony, wished I could have met him..extremely efficient and friendly.
