I got my start in the automotive industry through the vocational program at my high school. I then went on to get my Associates of Science Degree in Automotive Technology at Mount Hood Community College. I have extensive experience working both at a dealership and as a technician and owner of my own automotive repair shop. I love working with customers to fulfill their automotive repair needs!

This was a lot easier than I thought. Half the work is finding a way to return home after dropping off your car and returning to the repair shop to pick it up. A cab is $35 and calling a relative/friend at work is out of the question. You actually get to see the work. And, you can give your permission to say yes or no and make a decision. Brian gets right to work when he arrives. Very professional. Thanks man. This business fix’s itself. Very good investment for the YourMechanic company.

Brian was really great! Not only did he solve the issue, he helped refund a newer (and more expensive) part that I had gotten on the cheap at a salvage yard. Communication was a little rocky, but that was mostly a trickle-down from poor communication with YourMechanic and has less to do with Brian's responsibilities.
