Smart, no nonsense kind of guy! He arrived a little late, because he got lost. However, he did call prior to his scheduled arrival time to let me know and to get better directions. Once he arrived, he changed out my brake pads and rotors much faster than expected! After driving now for about two weeks, I have had zero issue. :-)
