The service was excellent and Leng seemed quite knowledgeable and was friendly whenever we spoke. The only reason I am giving four stars and not five is because Leng called at around 10:00pm the day before my appointment to say he might need to cancel because of my location. We worked it out but it was a little late to be calling and I am usually asleep by then so I'm glad he was able to catch me!
