I've used YourMechanic.com on all of my vehicles and have no complaints or problems with the work and service they've provided. I highly recommend them for the service, convenience and price savings.

Frederick was great! On time, friendly, and he got the job done ahead of schedule. Plus his workmanship is excellent.

I asked that the truck I wanted worked on be charged w/ Freon to make the AC work. Fred did so & it worked fine. I also asked him to take a look at the transmission because it seemed to delay in shifting. He said it was overfilled, however, he did not have the instrument with him to take out the overfilled amount of fluid & I could make another apptmt to have him do that. Would U please have whomever stocks your mechanics' trucks to include that piece of equipment because making another apptmt in some busy people's lives is an inconvenience in that U have to be at home waiting for someone to show up a SECOND time to complete the original problems & some people just don't have that kind of time. All in all, Fred was a VERY nice man, seemed very knowledgeable, & fixed our truck's AC problem. I decided against making a second apptmt & to just let the transmission stay as it is. Like I told Fred, "Well, at least it's not UNDERfilled....that's more troublesome."

Fred is very friendly and nice person. He has good skill and experience to work on cars. Doing nice and clean job. He is knowledgeable and answers questions I have. I will recommend him to my friends and I will have him to work on my cars again in the future. It is nice to do business with YourMechanic.com. I like it very much, I wish I knew your guys early. Actual invoice was different than estimate for doing the same work agreed upon estimate time. Be cler in your estimate, no one like surprises.

it took 2 visits to get the problem diagnosed and fixed but I think it's something that was hard to find. Frederick was sent the wrong part but didn't give up even though it was dark out - he went looking for the right part and found it and made the repair! I was impressed by his perserverance.

I have selected Fred twice for services on my 2002 Mazda Protege5. Both times, he arrived on time and has given me notice of his approximate arrival time. Fred is always friendly and willing to engage conversation when he arrives. He has provided high quality repairs on both my valve gasket cover and alternator/power steering belts. In addition, he gives me feedback on other areas I'll need to keep an eye on for repairs. He is always professional and courteous throughout the visit. I will definitely be choosing Fred for future repairs!

Frederick is a friendly, hard working and honest mechanic. Although we didn't get the car repaired because of the cost, we would call him again for our next car trouble.

Frederick called me the day before to confirm the appointment and then 20 minutes before he arrived. He fixed 2 of my brakes, test drived and left in less than 1 hour! Great service overall. I will definitely work with him again in the future.

Fred did a thorough prepurchase inspection and id'ed some minor problem areas. I'm not a car guy, and he did a great job explaining what his measurements meant and what I could expect. Completely trustworthy and very easy to get along with. He gave me complete confidence in my purchase. Bottom line, he was a great guy and saved me a lot of $.

Frederick changed the timing belt on my Acura MDX with no problem. It was really convenient to get this repair done on a Sunday at my home. In addition, the price for this service was by far a lot less than the dealership with the same level of expertise. Overall this was a really great experience and I will definitely get future repairs done by Frederick.
