I was skeptical that MyMechanic was too good to be true! So much less expensive, and you do the work in my driveway?! We figured we'd give it a shot, and we are really glad we did. Casey is super-friendly and incredibly dedicated to his craft and his customers. We hit a snag when the repair was unexpectedly a little more complicated and took longer than estimated, and this had to mess up a good part of the rest of his day, but Casey didn't leave us hanging. He did what was needed to finish the job, and we were charged the original estimate even though it took longer than planned. We were really impressed with his commitment to us and the fidelity to the estimate. He also noticed some unusual, dangerous wear on our tires, which we thankfully were able to replace before going off on a long driving vacation the next day!
