My service appointment with Allen was very good. He arrived early and that was ok as well. He was very accommodating to my questions and concerns. He made me feel comfortable and I can trust his knowledge, experience and knowing he will do the job right. It was important to him that the job was done right and to be honest with all the work done and to be done in the future. He even adjusted the initial quote as I did not need as many quarts of oil as was originally estimated. This is important and goes a long way in developing trust and a long term relationship to look after my car.
