Tried this service for the first time. My problem - sometimes my auto's engine would race, the tachometer would be very high but my car would start slowing down, as if it had lost power, but after a short time the normal power and speed would be working right again. Communicating directly with my technician instead of a clerk behind a desk, that writes up a work order for the mechanic to read, solved my problem faster and with more precision.
