This is my first time using YourMechanic and the experience has been exceptional. Shaun was very professional, courteous, and helpful. He took care of everything and left very little for me to worry about. He examined my car's problems and checked with me first before proceeding with the repairs, and took a couple high quality pictures to show what the problematic parts look like. For someone like me who knows little about the inner workings of cars, these pictures have been very helpful and educational. The final amount I paid for Shaun's service was exactly the same in my quote, which was half of my dealer's quote! Would definitely come back for his service again.
