Ben Smith is an honest, knowledgeable Professional Mechanic!!!!!!! I have always taken my vehicles to the dealership shops for work. I tried this service for a couple of reasons, and will recommend both the service, but particularly Ben Smith to friends. Mr. Smith not identified the problem, but recommended not to replace the part "yet" and to continue operating until it fails and then replace (not critical for the safe operation.) He then worked to fix other items I had not requested, but knew they needed to be repaired. He was right on time, great attitude and was truly honest on what work needed to be done. It is so nice to be able to find a trusted mechanic, I will use him whenever I am in the need for vehicle repairs.

Mr. Olson was both very personable, open, with obvious extensive experience doing many types of repairs. Instead of just performing the repair requested (which I had no way of verifying, despite my best efforts & several days of diagnostic work, was actually needed), Mr. Olson asked about the reason for our concern/repair (oil pressure light) and found the problem was a damaged wiring harness which Toyota had routed near the crank shaft pulley & belts driving the alternator & AC compressor and that the Toyota OEM plastic guide (bolted to the engine) had deteriorated allowing the warning light wiring harness to contact the drive belt and be worn in two; turning on the dash low oil level warning light.

The service was quite convenient and was very cost effective. I will try them again.
