We have been on West Coast Road trip from Dallas. My car was making a low humming sound ( auto-tensioner). Car dealer refused to look into my car without paying expensive diagnostics fee. I was hesitant to use yourmechanic but my first experience with yourmechanic has been nothing with wonderful. I did get call from yourmechanic saying that parts weren't available after booking an appointment during the day of my appointment. I had to get my parts on my own and Jerimiah showed up with parts. I wished there was a better coordination between yourmechanic and the mechanic so that there isn't confusion like this. Overall this is not a complain. Yourmechanic is definitely on the right direction with clear and honest upfront pricing. I want to thank Jerimiah for fixing our car and giving me lesson.
