Brian seems like a nice guy. I had a business meeting so didn't get to spend very much time with him. I rated him 3-stars because I question his assessment of my vehicle. Three days prior, I had a coolant flush and oil change by brake check. I had come in for a brake check of my front brakes and they said they were fine but needed to change my oil and coolant. On Brian's assessment, he said he recommended a coolant flush, oil change, front brake replacement, in addition to other things I knew to be wrong with the vehicle. I'm not saying Brian is trying to run up the bill but just find it odd since these were very recently [within a day or two] done.

Michael was excellent not only did he show me the new parts he also showed me the old parts, I was very thankful for that as it was to send to my brother as he requested. He explained everything to me and he was quite patient with me again thankful for that as well. Like I said and another comment he’s a great guy, and performed the job and just a few hours.
