Great work! Unfortunately my carport light was out and Curtis repaired my car by a cell phone flashlight!! What a trooper!! Never give up attitude! He didn’t have all of his work materials he normally would have in his car but nothing stopped him from doing the job of replacing the starter on my car. 5 stars for sure! I would definitely call again if I have any car issues.

Finally the first mechanic to properly diagnose my 1992 Buick Century! He was booked to fix what a previous YourMechanic employee had originally inspected/quoted me for. Upon Robert's arrival, he got under the hood to check the state of the parts that would need service. His inspection had resulted in him explaining to me that my car was going to cost more to fix, than what it's worth! You'd be surprised to know that his words were a BLESSING to finally hear someone else confirm what I had already been contemplating for a while. Being a woman who normally gets taken advantage of – and ripped off – by most other auto shops, it was refreshing to hear Robert's honest transparency.
