The most important one in this instance is the main relay, which operates the car’s computer and fuel pump. If the main relay fails, none of your electronics will operate.

  • Bad Alternator: If your alternator fails during vehicle operation, the vehicle will begin pulling power from the battery. Because the alternator is no longer recharging the battery, it will eventually run down. The initial symptoms mimic a bad battery, but without replacing the alternator, you won’t be going far.

Manuel was punctual, courteous, and we'll trained. The reason for 3 stars is that he never told me the cost for an arbitrary 2nd job. I wish he would have been more upfront and transparent adding another 60 bucks to the bill, instead blamed it on my wife and referred back to the warranty. I hope this company trains their mechanics and custom service that business is about trust and transparancy.
