Top 10 Scenic Drives in Mississippi

There are a lot of misconceptions about the state of Mississippi – one of which is its nothing but two-lane country roads through expanses of flat nothingness. While there are portions of the state that do, in fact, fit this description, it in no way describes the region as a whole. Mississippi is full of varied terrain, from fertile farmlands with rolling hills to its spirited coastline on the Gulf of Mexico. The state also has its own cultural flavor that has one foot in the past and the other in the future – evidenced by its array of antiquated buildings alongside modern marvels.
