2016 Volvo XC70 70,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Good experience. Booked on short notice and he was on time. Provided a thorough inspection and gave me good input on how to handle the issues he found with the car.

He seems knowledgeable seems to know what he’s doing not overly friendly that’s for sure but that’s OK nice guy but I didn’t get a receipt I just read what I was supposed to get a receipt I didn’t get one and also I need to speak to someone about charging me $50 more than you said it was gonna cost us used to be 109 and I got charged 150 and even though you wanna give me $50 credit toward the work I still have to buy the parts and one of the parts I needed would not go through because he put that extra 50 bucks on my charge so I would love to have that returned to my credit card and I won’t be able to get the work done until October 1 third actually Thank you but I will call when I’m when I have the money to have it installed I think he knows what he’s doing thank you

Stephen was great! He seemed very knowledgeable of what he was doing and was able to share down the line issues that may need to be address. Overall I was happy with his service and wouldn't hesitate to use him again the future.
