Received notification via text that he was on his way (ahead of the scheduled 10:30 AM appointment, but that was fine) and was able to track his location on my phone. Friendly and knowledgeable. Completed the work and cleaned the garage floor from any fluid spills. Talked about further ways to care for my car's issues, signed on his phone that the job was complete and authorized payment.
