2012 Volkswagen Routan 48,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

A very nice and knowledgeable mechanic. Explained everything he was doing. He also gave my car a visual inspection and told me about a slightly cracked belt. Instead of upselling me to get more service done in near future, Lucas actually told me that belt should not be a problem in near future. Also taught me how to avoid dealership service departments' upselling. He is an honest mechanic, which is very hard to find in shops nowadays. On a scale of 0 - 10, I would give Lucas A+, which is 4.3/4 in some schools in case you're wondering. Also, you cannot tip him online :(

I would highly recommend. He trouble shot my problem and discovered a broken wire and got my trunk working again. He is very fair and honest.

Travis was on time, the text alerts were great to have knowing he was on his way and had arrived. He listened to what had been done so far with the car and did a great job covering the items to determine the no start situation on my car. He was helpful sharing information and providing no pressure quotes on other work that will be needed on my car in the future. I was new to this process and thought it worked great.
